I don't think they are a good housing association and even a bad experience with them. They are not even worthy of a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nu met een nieuwe directie worden nieuwe huurders (een deel van bestaande huurders) in de watten gelegd. Het merendeel van de bestaande huurders heeft het nakijken.
Now with a new management, new tenants (some of existing tenants) are pampered. Most of the existing tenants are left behind.
