De theoretische delen worden omgezet naar praktische voorbeelden en herkenbare situaties en daardoor direct te gebruiken in de praktijk. De bijeenkomsten, zowel live als online, gaan in een fijne open sfeer en waar er oprechte aandacht is en waar er ingespeeld wordt op wat er op dat moment uit de groep komt. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to develop themselves mentally. Also very suitable for trainers who want to help their players in the field of mindset. The theoretical parts are converted into practical examples and recognizable situations and can therefore be used directly in practice. The meetings, both live and online, take place in a pleasant open atmosphere and where there is genuine attention and where there is a response to what is coming from the group at that moment.

Wat ik wel mis is de ‘live’ interactie. In trainingen/cursussen geloof ik erg in synergie en dat komt in de groepen/boards helaas niet helemaal tot z’n recht. Dat gezegd hebbende, vind ik wel dat er van de Academie voldoende wordt gedaan om dit te stimuleren. I thought it was fun, educational and provided insight. As far as I am concerned, everything a course should be. The rate that had to be paid was also very nice. What I do miss is the "live" interaction. In training / courses I strongly believe in synergy and unfortunately that does not come into its own in the groups / boards. That said, I do think that enough is being done from the Academy to encourage this.
m	maria alves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About the E-learning High Performance Trainers Fundamets , would like to share the following : when I started this E-learning I didn't know exactly what to expect from it . In the biginning of the course I had some difficulties because I was invited to have a kind of confrontation, or , let's say , a face to face , with myself : my ambitions, my values , my goals , my choices , my habits on not only what respect my work as a tennis teacher but also what respects in general my life, were evaluated and reviewed . With the help of a clear/compact/ simple set of important information through this all course, I became not only more aware of what I want from my present life /work but also I know better how to achieve my goals , being focused, healthy and enjoying the route to those goals! So, thank you so much Peter and Coen, for the opportunity and , definitely , till a next time! Maria
