Dinsdagavond ging mijn fiets kapot. Via Google kwam ik bij de Fietsenwacht terecht en vulde ik het formulier in. Binnen een uur werd ik al terug gebeld!! Dat was dus gewoon nog op diezelfde dinsdagavond! Die donderdag konden ze al komen. Fietsenmaker kwam tegen het einde van het twee-urige tijdslot en had binnen een kwartier mijn fiets gefikst. Gezellige man en de prijs viel ook nog eens mee.
Oftewel, hele goede ervaring gehad en ik ga nooit meer naar een fysieke fietsenmaker :-)
 Had a very good experience.
My bike broke on Tuesday evening. Via Google I ended up at the Fietswacht and I filled in the form. I got a call back within an hour!! So that was just on that same Tuesday evening! They were able to come that Thursday. Bicycle repairman came towards the end of the two-hour timeslot and had my bike fixed within fifteen minutes. Nice man and the price was also not too bad.
In other words, I had a very good experience and I will never go to a physical bicycle repair shop again :-)
