β β β β β You have to see at least one windmill if you travel to Holland. This one is near perfect. You can see all the water-pumping mechanisms in action. Great museum.

β β β β β Really nice little museum showing off a functional windmill. You'll only need 30-60 minutes here but it's time well spent. Great video detailing the history of windmills at the start. The windmill seems well preserved and shows off what it would have been like to live inside as well.
