★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a newly opened (March 2018) community center for nearby residents. Was there with a Chinese friend who went there for her Dutch beginner's course. The Dutch volunteer was a friendly teacher and very patient with students in his class. The classroom (multipurpose room) was equipped with some tables and chairs, even with wash sinks on the walls. Don't know why, no light was switched on (save on electricity bill?) in the dim room during the entire 2 hour lesson. Small bugs flew around students was kind of annoying, though.
