★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op een brakke middag besloten een lekker visje te halen, na aankomt besloten een medium bakje kibbeling te nemen. Eigenaar haalde een bakje uit de vitrine (stond er denk ik al even) en stopte hem heerlijk in de magnetron. Zo'n een bereidingswijze zag er al niet al te best uit. Na de eerste hap merkte je dat de kibbeling ooit krokant was, enigste wat er nu van over was, was een half koud/ half nat bakje kibbeling. Er zonde en dat voor ruim 6 euro... De haring en broodje zalm was wel goed te doen.
On a brackish afternoon decided to get a nice fish, after arriving decided to take a medium bowl of kibbeling. Owner took a bowl from the display case (I think it had been there for a while) and put it deliciously in the microwave. Such a preparation method did not look too good. After the first bite you noticed that the kibbeling was once crispy, all that was left now was a half cold / half wet bowl of kibbeling. A shame and that for more than 6 euros ... The herring and salmon sandwich was doable.
