Ze werken netjes, houden zich aan gemaakte afspraken en wij raden ze zeker aan als u een nieuwe haard zoekt. Ook het contact met de showroom in Lelystad is erg prettig. Celine heeft ons meedere keren vriendelijk geholpen,( wij hadden wat moeite met een keuze maken?),maar ze gaf ons alle ruimte om tot een goede keuze te komen. Today our gas fireplace the dru passo eco wave has been placed by the men, we are very happy with it. They work neatly, keep to agreements made and we definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new fireplace. The contact with the showroom in Lelystad is also very pleasant. Celine has kindly helped us several times (we had some trouble making a choice?), but she gave us plenty of room to make a good choice.

Ook goede uitleg gekregen omtrent de iets andere stookwijze t.o.v. onze oude kachel. Wij zijn blij met onze nieuwe kachel en de manier waarop hij geplaatst is. Our Scan stove was professionally installed on 4 January 2021. Neat, neatly worked. Also friendly professionals. Also received a good explanation about the slightly different heating method compared to our old stove. We are pleased with our new stove and the way it is installed.
M	Marry van Beers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De klant is koning” bij Openhaarden- en Plavuizenspecialist te Lelystad In februari 2020 bij Openhaarden- en Plavuizenspecialist een Openhaard Flam 68/75 met glasraam besteld en geïnstalleerd. Achteraf bleek ons rookkanaal van de schoorsteen niet geschikt. De rook werd niet goed afgevoerd en sloeg terug, waardoor het glasraam beslaat. Na twee weken hebben we De Openhaardenspecialist (Marcel) gebeld met onze klacht en hij is komen kijken en constateerde hetzelfde. Hij kon dit verhelpen met wat aanpassingen maar gaf geen garantie dat het glasraam daarna schoon bleef. Hij hakte meteen de knoop door en zei dat de haard incl. arbeidsloon teruggenomen wordt en volledig gecrediteerd. Top service! Daarna zijn we overgegaan naar een Gashaard Bellfire Smart Bell 75/80. Hoewel deze haard een stuk duurder uitvalt zijn we er erg blij mee. Onze dank voor deze uitstekende service. De Openhaardenspecialist is voor wie dan ook een betrouwbare aanrader met een hoge servicegraad! The customer is king ”at Fireplace and Tile Specialist in Lelystad In February 2020, a Fireplace Flam 68/75 with glass window was ordered and installed at Fireplace and Tile Specialist. Afterwards, our chimney flue turned out to be unsuitable. The smoke was not properly vented and recoiled, fogging up the glass window. After two weeks we called De Openhaardenspecialist (Marcel) with our complaint and he came to see and found the same thing. He was able to fix this with some adjustments but did not guarantee that the glass window remained clean afterwards. He immediately took the plunge and said that the fireplace incl. Wages will be taken back and fully credited. Top service! Then we switched to a Gasfire Bellfire Smart Bell 75/80. Although this fireplace is a lot more expensive, we are very happy with it. Our thanks for this excellent service. The Fireplace Specialist is a reliable recommendation for anyone with a high level of service!

Alles rond de verkoop verliep uiterst klantvriendelijk, de installatie van kachel en rookkanaal zeer professioneel (en goed geïnformeerd) en ook de service hierna is uitstekend. Zelfs voor stook-informatieavonden kun je hier terecht, wat een absolute aanrader is. We have been enjoying our beautiful wood-burning stove for 3 years now. Everything related to the sale was extremely customer-friendly, the installation of the stove and flue very professional (and well-informed) and the service afterwards is excellent. You can even go here for heating information evenings, which is an absolute must.

Een mooie haard voor een goede prijs! Tijdens de uitvoering gingen er echter wat kleine dingen mis (brandwerende plaat stond scheef en niet waterpas), die wij op een zondagmiddag na het constateren bij Marcel gemeld hebben. Maandagmiddag stond hij al op de stoep, om het te inspecteren. Zijn conclusie was dat het niet lijn was met de kwaliteit die hij nastreeft, en is direct aan de slag gegaan om het te verbeteren. Resultaat: om 20:00 uur (!) 's avonds was hij klaar en zag alles er super strak uit. Top werk en ontzettend klantgericht! Wij bevelen de Openhaardenspecialist met de service en deskundigheid van Marcel en zijn team bij iedereen van harte aan! Een foto van het mooie eindresultaat volgt snel! A beautiful fireplace for a good price! During the execution, however, some small things went wrong (fire-resistant panel was skewed and not level), which we reported to Marcel on a Sunday afternoon after the observation. Monday afternoon he was already on the sidewalk to inspect it. His conclusion was that it was not in line with the quality that he strives for, and immediately started to improve it. Result: at 20:00 (!) In the evening it was ready and everything looked super sleek. Top work and very customer oriented! Heerlijke verwarming met driezijdige raampjes, waarbij een prachtig nostalgische vlammenspel zichtbaar is. We are very pleased with the installation of the Tjalmo. Wonderful heating with three-sided windows, where a beautiful nostalgic flames are visible.

Hierdoor kwamen we uiteindelijk bij deze mooie haard uit en hij brand geweldig mooi. Het is een van de showpieces van ons huis geworden. Zou dit bedrijf zeker aanraden. We are very satisfied with our beautiful fireplace. In the showroom, we listened carefully to our wishes and thought along with us.
