★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a hamburger and a few pizza's.. Boxes and pizza's were crushed and the hamburger was raw and looked super cheap.. Normally I quite like the pizza's from this place, but this was a huge letdown.

Döner is good too, with quality bread.
The french fries are soggy (usually because the bag is closed instead of left open as it should be).
Not much thoughts about hygene - basically studens working in an open kitchen with no hair nets,. the delivery guy walks straight from outside, into the kitchen to pick up food. That should be separate.
Wait times vary a LOT.
Always call in to order if you can help it,. theyll tell you 15 minutes and it's ready. Usually it is.
Sometimes though,. they get a rush order which somehow takes priority, and you end up waiting an hour - not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They brought me wrong order and after I called they told me so what do you want us to do now? The delivery guy try to overcharge me by asking me 5 euros more for the delivery and then when I asked him to explain me why and show me how did he got the amount he told me that he made a mistake. Don’t bother to order really bad service and they are not even polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was way too salty. I could only taste the dry herbs that they used for seasoning. There were three strips of lettuce for form on the bun. Only two types of sauce. I didn't even finish it. It was inedible. Went to McDonalds afterwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took them 2 hours and 30 minutes to get my food delivered.
Called them around 1 hour into the wait, they said it’s gonna take around 30 mins more. Called them again after another hour, and they made up some excuses saying they tried delivering, but got refused entering by hotel staff as I didn’t provide my hotel room number. This is not true as the hotel staff told me NO ONE WAS HERE EVER to deliver food. They even said the only way for me to have my food is for me to get to the shop! Later on the guy on the phone told me to wait at the front door again and they will be there in 5 minutes.
After another 20, I got my food.
Wanted to give one star just for the service and staff but food is okay.
Would NOT recommend for takeout at all.
