Wij stonden versteld!! Excellent store in the field of records (LPs) but at the same time turning into a bookstore with a very large, extensive collection in many areas. For all ages... We were amazed!!

Terugbetaling duurt weken ondanks toezegging. Excuus is dan dat hij op vakantie is maar er zijn wel medewerkers aanwezig. Ik kreeg een melding dat bij dhl het pakket aangemeld was maar nog niet ontvangen. Verschuilen achter vakantie maar zet het dan op de website. Na vele malen geen contact via telefoon, mail ed heb ik de boekenzaak op hetzelfde adres gebeld hoe het daar zit. Het voelt als een louche zaak aan als er niet gereageert word. Na weken en dreigen met stappen eindelijk geld terug gestort Heel zielig de reactie die na zo n lange tijd komt. Je vroeg zelf om een bankrekeningnummer om het zo snel mogeleijk terug te betalen maar na 1,5 week nog niks. Dus vandaar de reactie. Maar gezien de late en zielige reactie lijkt de frustratie erg hoog te zitten. Succes en stop met het runnen van een website die je niet kan beheersen. Anders had je er op gezet dat je op vakantie was. Lousy website and very bad service. No confirmation after ordering. After calling several times and leaving a voicemail, finally contact. Repayment takes weeks despite promise. The excuse is that he is on vacation, but there are employees present. I received a message that the package was registered with DHL but not yet received. You asked for a bank account number to pay it back as soon as possible, but after 1.5 weeks still nothing. So hence the response. But given the late and pathetic response, the frustration seems to be very high. Good luck and stop running a website you can't control. Otherwise you would have insisted that you were on vacation.
