Problemen (eigenlijk probleempjes-draadje verkeerd aangelegd) werden snel en vakkundig verholpen. Bedrijf heeft een open werkwijze (je kan altijd langs komen om te kijken hoe je aanbouw in de loods vordert en de communicatie verliep uitstekend, En ze denken mee als je naderhand tegen nog iets aanloopt. Very satisfied with the working method. They promise 5 days and after 5 days you have a sea of space with it. Problems (actually a problem thread was incorrectly laid) were quickly and professionally resolved. Company has an open working method (you can always come by to see how your construction is progressing in the warehouse and the communication went well, And they think along if you run into anything afterwards.

Binnen 5 dagen was de uitbouw geplaatst. Het dakraam is ook echt een aanrader, heerlijk veel licht in huis. Mijn dank is groot! Super happy with the development. They do what they promise, the contact was approachable which I liked very much. With 4 children in the house, the prefab was a solution. The extension was installed within 5 days. The skylight is also highly recommended, lots of light in the house. My thanks are great!

Van het intake gesprek, tot de wensen doornemen met de architect, het tussentijds aanpassen van onze wensen (schuifdeuren, houtnerf etc.), de jongens die de doorbraak hebben verzorgd, niks was te gek. Het hijsen van de aanbouw in de straat zorgde voor veel spektakel. Ook de nazorg (o.a. dakdoorvoer voor de open haard) is perfect geregeld. Korte lijnen & heldere communicatie. Thijs, Eric en Laura, bedankt voor alles! Wij zijn iedere dag nog zo gelukkig met de extra ruimte. Groet, Familie van der Haas Our extension was installed at the beginning of September. We are so happy with the result. The entire project has been well taken care of by the Prefabriek. From the intake interview, to discussing the wishes with the architect, the interim adjustment of our wishes (sliding doors, wood grain, etc.), to the guys who provided the breakthrough, nothing was too crazy. The lifting of the extension into the street created a lot of spectacle. The aftercare (including roof terminal for the fireplace) is also perfectly arranged. Short lines & clear communication. Door het goed uitgedachte concept, de ervaring van het bedrijf en de specialisten welke hier werken lukt het ze om in 5 dagen een knap staaltje werk af te leveren. Al onze wensen welke wij voor ogen hadden zijn verwerkt in het ontwerp van de aanbouw. Niks was te gek :). Tijdens het proces zijn wij goed begeleid en zijn al onze vragen beantwoord. Dank voor alles Prefabriek! A complete extension in 5 days, is that possible? That is certainly possible with the Prefabriek! Prijs berekenen op de website is heel transparant en ook bijna gelijk aan de daadwerkelijke prijs. Dat is elders soms wel anders, daar zat soms duizenden euro's verschil tussen de website prijs en de echte prijs. Hier heel duidelijk. Heel tevreden over de aanbouw. Geen minpuntjes eigenlijk. Aanrader! Very satisfied, good communication, easy to reach and nice employees. Team is well integrated. Calculating the price on the website is very transparent and almost equal to the actual price. That is sometimes different elsewhere, there was sometimes thousands of euros difference between the website price and the real price. Very clear here. Very satisfied with the build. No downsides really. Recommended!

We zijn nog altijd erg tevreden met het resultaat, met name met de grote lichtstraat in het dak. De aanbouwen werden keurig volgens schema geplaatst, en communicatie met ons en onze architect verliep soepel. Service vooraf en na afloop zijn we ook erg tevreden over, Thijs en Eric reageerden snel op onze vragen en laatste opleverpuntjes. Last summer (2020) we had our double extension installed by the Prefabriek. We are still very satisfied with the result, especially with the large skylight in the roof. The extensions were installed neatly according to schedule, and communication with us and our architect went smoothly. We are also very satisfied with service before and after, Thijs and Eric responded quickly to our questions and final delivery points.

We hebben meteen veel meer ruimte echt een heel ander huis, we zijn erg blij met het resultaat. We kunnen niet anders dan alleen maar goede dingen vertellen over De Prefabriek! Echt een aanrader!! We placed 4 meter extension with harmonica doors at the rear of our house and although it is a prefab, it fits seamlessly into the existing structure. Delighted with the results.
