β β β β β Op vrijdag 11 maart 2016 brachten wij, mijn drie Australische gasten en ik een bezoek aan de molen de Prins van Oranje. We werden ontvangen door de zeer deskundige molenaar te Brake en mochten onder zijn leiding de molen in werking stellen. Een zeer interessante en leerzame ervaring. Een terugblik op oude tijden en ambachten. Een absolute aanrader, zeker ook voor kinderen! Dank!!
On Friday, March 11, 2016, we, my three Australian guests, and I visited the Prince of Orange mill. We were received by the highly skilled miller in Brake and were allowed to operate the mill under his leadership. A very interesting and educational experience. A look back at old times and crafts. An absolute must, especially for children! Thanks !!

I recommend this place 100%. Around the windmill there is a very nice view of the classic Dutch town.
I like photographing windmills very much and for the first time I had the opportunity to see a windmill start up.
