We came in for lunch a bit late but they we're more than happy to still serve us, showing great flexibility.
We had a lovely table nearby the water, this created an unique dining experience, where could see the boats pass by.
Out of the 3 course menu we couldn't figure out which one was the best, because they we're not only very neatly presented but very well balanced with the fresh local ingredients. For me personally the Halibut main course was one of the reasons I decided to post this review. All the flavours came together and it was melting in my pallet.
The Wines for the dishes almost felt like they’re created just for the dishes, this was something I haven’t seen anywhere else (yet).
Overall I would say I’m surprised this hasn’t gotten a Michelin star yet and it was defiantly worth the travel!
I will defiantly recommend this fine dining restaurant!
Special thanks to the sommelier Teun, explaining not only the characteristics of the flavours but also telling the story behind the bottle! 10/10

The owner 'de prins' is so passionate and knowledgeable about his wines, we loved the finesse and creativity in the chefs surprise menu. Simply delicious, tasty and sophisticated.
We are fan! Thank you for the usual amazing quality in food wine & service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a quick bite, but we spent ages in there waiting on having our order taken and then food delivered. Service was nice but clearly in upsell mode. We sat around waiting to order while the only server spent 5-7 min talking about grapes to the table behind us. For them service was probably amazing, not for us though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service and atmosphere is super welcoming and friendly. Stories and background of the wines are brought with great enthusiasm and passion. The food is nicely plated and ambitious, but in terms of flavor and texture it is off key. Therefore, in my opinion, price quality ratio is not quite ok compared to other places.
