The whole department ordered sandwiches and they were top, still hot and crispy. I order here more often, topper!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een grote bestelling geplaats via Thuisbezorgd. Vandaag was het blijkbaar hun eerste bezorg dag. Eerst was de bestelde soep niet aanwezig. Daar zijn we vriendelijk over opgebeld en we konden gelukkig een andere soep uitzoeken.
Na een uur waren de broodjes er nog niet. Na even bellen met de zaak, vertelde de vrouw dat ze onderweg waren, maar dat na het vorige telefoontje het nog een uur zou duren. Dit zou ze gezegd hebben, maar wij wisten van niks.
Uiteindelijk bezorgd zijn de producten prima. Alles is prijs kwaliteit ok. Wel zijn ze een aantal broodjes vergeten, die op de "2e pagina" van de bestelbon stonden. Na een belletje zijn ze die gaan smeren en drie kwartier later hebben we die broodjes ook kunnen opeten. Deze broodjes smaakte erg droog, alsof ze al lagen vanaf het begin van de bestelling
Prima zaak, als ze hun bestelservice verbeteren.
Placed a large order through Thuisbezorgd. Today was apparently their first delivery day. At first, the ordered soup was not available. We received a friendly call about that and luckily we were able to choose another soup.
After an hour the sandwiches were not there yet. After calling the shop for a moment, the woman said that they were on the way, but that after the previous call it would take another hour. She would have said this, but we knew nothing.
Ultimately delivered the products are fine. Everything is price quality ok. However, they have forgotten a number of sandwiches, which were on the "2nd page" of the order form. After a call they started to spread it and 45 minutes later we were able to eat those sandwiches. These sandwiches tasted very dry, as if they were already from the beginning of the order
Great if they improve their ordering service.
