★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Houdt familie niet op de hoogte, ooit aan de telefoon gehad om wat informatie omtrent mijn familielid. Meneer reageerde erg grof “als ze overleden is mag jij zaken regelen”. Besloten om ver van familielid en de mentor weg te blijven. Als het niet goed gaat, als familielid overlijdt zal ik mijn medewerking niet verlenen. Als ik nu nergens bij betrokken wordt wil ik dat ook niet op commando van meneer.
Om op uw reactie terug te komen; ik ben een zij ipv een hij.
Het gaat om uw cliënte wie mijn moeder is en in een grote instelling woont in omgeving Heemstede. Ik had u destijds gebeld omdat ik zorgen had om mijn moeder. Uw nummer kreeg ik van de verzorging. U zei duidelijk (getuige liep naast mij) dat u niet verantwoordelijk bent om familie op de hoogte te houden en uw zorg stopt bij overlijden van haar dus dat ik dan dat mocht regelen. Dat was en is kwetsend. Ik ben notabene naar de rechtbank geweest en u beloofde mij dat u mij op de hoogte zou houden... dit is nooit gebeurt! ik vind dat ik alle reden heb om mijn mening openbaar te uiten.
