★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing experience. Im a charterfishing operator from Australia visiting my 2 young kids here in Den Haag. I am fortunate to have fished and shopped all over the world. De sportvisser price margins do not match the service. They make alot of fat for no real service. I realise I am not a Dutch speaker but that was not the issue here.
Young salesman that assisted tried his best to assist but by his own admission didn't have the experience in what I required.
Very difficult to get the advice I needed. On finishing sale (nearly €200) not a huge amount but worthy of having a question answered by someone with knowledge "Am I buying the right gear" I have no delusion that I know it all. Local knowledge is the reason for going to a tacklestore and paying that bit extra rather than buying online.
A righteous shopping experience deliverd by shop owner. Sorry won't be back!!
