★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier zit Lucia Marthas (de dansacademie). Verder vind je hier diverse bedrijven. Vroeger had je hier oog radio/tv zitten. Zijn zijn verhuisd naar de Kadijk 4 en de ruimte waar ze uitzonden staat - medio december 2019 - nog leeg. De bedoeling is dat de dansacademie na de zomer van 2021 naar Zernike gaat. Er ontstaat dan veel lege ruimte. Hoe Lefier (verhuurder complex) dat op gaat vullen is natuurlijk nog onbekend. Voor drankjes/versnaperingen kun je terecht bij een dagbesteding voor geestelijk gehandicapten. Ook zit in dat pand ook een sportschool waar iedereen terecht kan. Er zijn in het pand ook automaten voor koffie/snoep. Leuk om geweest te zijn!
This is Lucia Marthas (the dance academy). You will also find various companies here. You used to have an eye on the radio / TV here. They have moved to Kadijk 4 and the space where they are broadcast is still empty - mid December 2019. The intention is for the dance academy to go to Zernike after the summer of 2021. This creates a lot of empty space. How Lefier (lessor complex) will fill that up is of course still unknown. For drinks / refreshments you can go to a day care for the mentally disabled. There is also a gym in that building that everyone can go to. There are also vending machines for coffee / candy in the building. Nice to have been!
