Zij hadden de boodschappen nog in de auto laten liggen toen ik de auto al thuis had staan.? De schade is goed verholpen, maar ik moet nog iets kwijt. Ik werd onlangs gebeld met de mededeling dat mijn verzekering het schadebedrag had betaald,minus het eigen risico en of ik het bedrag van 140 euro wilde overmaken naar hun rekening. Op mijn vraag om mijn verzekeraar daarover te bellen zei ze dat dat niet zo handig zou zijn omdat het eigen risico wellicht hoger zal zijn dan die 140 euro via hun? Ik mijn tussenpersoon( Brouwer Assurantiën te Bussum) ingeschakeld en de volgende dag belde zij weer op met de medeling dat er iets verkeerd was gegaan en dat de factuur(????) gecrediteert zou worden. Al met al een merkwaardig geval die toch enigzins dubieus is. Dit bedrijf is trouwens nergens bij aangesloten en dat vindt ik dus niet goed, als er gereclameert gaat worden. De reparatie is vakkundig uitgevoerd, petje af en super tevreden. En bovenal een super strak resultaat en de auto ziet er dus weer top uit na een vervelende schade. Aanrader dus! Ze hebben dit vakkundig verwijderd, op aanvraag zelfs tegen een kleine meerprijs laten dichtsmeren van de handgreepgaten en we hebben nu weer een compleet nieuwe keuken, die er prachtig uitziet. Alle afspraken zijn ze keurig nagekomen en als je met een probleem zit proberen ze mee te denken! Complimenten!! We had our kitchen sprayed here, after the material that used to be around it came loose. They have expertly removed this, even had the handle holes sealed on request for a small extra charge and we now have a completely new kitchen, which looks beautiful. They have kept all agreements neatly and if you have a problem they try to think along! Compliments!!
