★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele vriendelijke heren. Ik werd heel netjes te woord gestaan aan de telefoon en ben netjes optijd terug gebeld voor een afspraak. De meneer die langs kwam bij mij was vriendelijk en heeft vlot zijn werk gedaan. Ik ben zeer tevreden over dit bedrijf.
 Very friendly gentlemen. I was answered very nicely on the phone and I was called back in time for an appointment. The gentleman who came to see me was friendly and did his job quickly. I am very satisfied with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vriendelijke mensen maar weinig professioneel als het gaat om klantcontact. Dit jaar wel heel erg bont: begin van het jaar laten kijken naar wat zaken. Ze zouden onderdelen bestellen. Na maanden niks te horen heb ik ze gebeld en zijn ze nog een keer langs geweest. Ze hadden nog niks besteld, leken ook niets te herinneren en kwamen met hetzelfde verhaal: we gaan onderdelen bestellen. Inmiddels weer bijna twee maanden verder waarbij ze een concrete afspraak niet zijn nagekomen en helemaal niks laten weten over de planning. Ik probeer ze nu te bereiken om te zeggen dat ze niet meer hoeven te komen. Ook dat lukt niet: of ze zijn in gesprek of ze nemen niet op.
Friendly people but not very professional when it comes to customer contact. This year very colorful: let us look at some things at the beginning of the year. They would order parts. After months of not hearing anything, I called them and they visited again. They hadn't ordered anything yet, didn't seem to remember anything and came up with the same story: we're going to order parts. Now almost two months later, they have not fulfilled a concrete agreement and have not informed us at all about the planning. I'm trying to reach them now to say they don't have to come anymore. That also does not work: either they are talking or they do not answer.

Very disappointing and impolite!!!!
