M	Michael Hein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunatly, this place is often overrun. Several times i went home already as the amount of people were simply not allowing for a proper workout. Also more focus on Hygiene would be much appreciated. Desinfection is rather rare and hidden. Even more rare that you actually see people using it. The studio does not a lot to promote higher hygiene standards.

Even on a Saturday Michael (the manager) passed by personally to have a long welcome talk with us and explained us everything we asked. Perfectly located at the Oude Gracht. The amount of offered group courses is unique and simply perfect!
F	Frank Wilders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is great, they offer almost anything fitness related. They integrated the old features of the building within a modern design. This makes it kind of cozy. The people who workout here a friendly. Not a lot of 'bro' vibe witch is nice.

The gym and its membership provides access to their second location too though, where you don’t have those problems
B	Best Comedy Tickets on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve lived here in Utrecht for four years and I’ve tried a lot of gyms. This is by far my favorite. They have lots of classes and centrally located in the center of the city. I really like there sauna and cold showers. The staff is also very friendly and I highly recommend De Workout.

V	Valeria Pacheco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been 7 months and I haven’t received my compensation for the months. They were closed due to Corona… Not only I never got any emails from them but they made the all process super difficult. Not recommend.
R	Rick Sanchez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the gym; it’s a little outdated but I have been coming for years because ALL the staff are just fabulous and the gym is very centrally located. My biggest issue has always been the extremely poor air quality inside. It’s literally (almost) never ventilated and when it is ventilated, it is VERY poorly ventilated. There are 1-2 AC units, ceiling fans and MANY windows, and ALL are completely locked (except, sometimes for an hallway between work out rooms where there may be 1-2 windows open - they do nothing for the rest of the gym). It’s hard to breath in this gym, especially in summer time. This is very, very poor. What is baffling me is that in the middle of a pandemic WorkOut STILL has ALL the windows locked, when we know ventilation is key in reducing vital load in the air, especially when people are strongly exhaling (or in crowded spaces); it’s not crowded, but we are all exhaling hard while working out. I have been supporting you guys (paying my dues throughout) how about you open some windows, please? It’s just common (healthy) sense guys!! Note: Would otherwise give you all 5*
