I came to Marleen last year with very painful and stiff joints from rheumatoid arthritis. I had tried many times to attend a regular yoga class but I always ended up in pain after and therefore never enjoying yoga. Since my sessions with Marleen I have had a remarkable improvement in range of motion and almost non-existent joint pain. Marleen is a very knowledgeable yoga therapist and knows exactly how to adjust yoga moves to suit my specific needs. She has a calm and caring manner, with a great sense of humor. My sessions with Marleen have had such a positive impact on my health and happiness. I only wish I had found her sooner!”
