★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben onze trap en hal laten stofferen door de Fa. Zwart Interieur in Heemstede. Helaas bleek deze vloerbedekking te glad voor op de trap (op etiket stond geschikt voor trappen). Na een aantal uitglij/valpartijen hebben we contact opgenomen en ons probleem voorgelegd. Zonder enig probleem mochten wij kosteloos nieuwe vloerbedekking uitkiezen en is deze ook kosteloos voor ons gelegd. Hele grote klasse. Een fantastisch bedrijf dat naar zijn klanten luistert en met goede oplossingen komt. E. Wilders Heemstede
We had our stairs and hall upholstered by the Fa. Black Interior in Heemstede. Unfortunately, this carpet turned out to be too slippery for the stairs (the label was suitable for stairs). After a number of slips / falls we contacted us and presented our problem. Without any problem, we were allowed to choose new floor covering free of charge and this was also laid for us free of charge. Very big class. A fantastic company that listens to its customers and comes up with good solutions. E. Wilders Heemstede

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben januari 2021 verosol plisse aangeschaft bij Firma Zwart. Tot onze grote spijt waren deze niet alleen niet naar onze verwachting, maar zijn deze ook binnen de eerste maand stuk gegaan. De plisse is gescheurd en de touwen waarmee je de plisse omhoog haalt zijn stuk gegaan. We hebben Firma Zwart gevraagd dit te herstellen omdat het nog binnen de garantie termijn valt. Dit hebben zij niet gedaan. Wij raden consumenten af om zonwering biij Firma Zwart aan te schaffen. Dit vanwege slechte service en het niet nakomen van eerder gemaakte afspraken zoals het herstellen van schade die binnen de garantie termijn valt. Na een jaar zijn de versol plisse nog altijd stuk, Firma Zwart geeft hierover niet thuis. Het enige wat ons is aangeboden, is om opnieuw tegen betaling (950 euro) gordijnen te laten plaatsen. Hier gaan wij uiteraard niet mee akkoord

The pleat is torn and the ropes that you use to raise the pleat have broken. We have asked Firma Zwart to repair this because it is still within the warranty period. They have not done this. We advise consumers against purchasing sun protection from Firma Zwart. This is due to poor service and failure to comply with previously made agreements, such as repairing damage that falls within the warranty period. After a year, the versol pleated blinds are still broken, Firma Zwart does not care about this. The only thing we have been offered is to have curtains placed again for a fee (950 euros). Of course we do not agree with this
