Ik kreeg een zeer vriendelijk welkom met zelfs een bosje bloemen toe bij de aankoop van de occasion. Echter bleek er al snel van alles mis te zijn met de auto, deze gebreken werden helaas niet erkend, zelfs niet toen de auto steeds uitviel en niet wilde starten. De gemoederen zijn een aantal keer flink opgelopen waarbij er op intimiderende wijze tegen mij gesproken werd en de vriendelijkheid er wel een beetje af was. Gelukkig is er uiteindelijk een klant van het bedrijf tegen de auto aangereden waarna de auto total loss werd verklaard. Dit gaf mij de kans om elders een auto te kopen van de verzekeringscenten en geen zaken meer te hoeven doen met dit bedrijf. Ook dit werd mij niet in dank afgenomen. Despite my previous positive review (which I am now adjusting here) still a very annoying experience with this company. I received a very friendly welcome with even a bunch of flowers when I bought the occasion. However, it soon turned out that everything was wrong with the car, these defects were unfortunately not recognized, even when the car kept failing and would not start. The mood has risen a number of times, where I was spoken to in an intimidating way and the friendliness was a bit off. Fortunately, a customer of the company eventually hit the car after which the car was declared a total loss. This gave me the opportunity to buy a car elsewhere from the insurance companies and no longer have to do business with this company. This was not thanked to me either.

Voorheen in Hoorn en nu in Purmerend kom ik steeds bij ze terug. Transparant, eerlijke prijzen, behulpzaam en enorm vriendelijk. Ik heb bij Dealer Cars in 2014 een auto gekocht en ook na de aankoop een hele fijne service gehad. Ze hebben alsnog wat details die we over het hoofd hadden gezien bij de aankoop gerepareerd en geregeld zonder er iets extra's voor te vragen. Nu, anno 2020 draait de auto nog heerlijk en heb er weinig aan hoeven laten doen. Elke reparatie wordt de auto weer netjes schoongemaakt Nogmaals bedankt voor alle hulp en de uiterst vriendelijke service! You will not find better than this garage anywhere. This has been my regular place to have repairs and MOT carried out for over 7 years. Previously in Hoorn and now in Purmerend I keep coming back to them. Transparent, fair prices, helpful and very friendly. I bought a car at Dealer Cars in 2014 and had a very nice service after the purchase. They fixed and fixed some details that we had overlooked when purchasing, without asking for anything extra. Now, in 2020 the car is still running great and I had to do little about it. Every repair, the car is neatly cleaned Thanks again for all the help and the extremely friendly service!
