★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op dinsdag 30 november een grote bos gekocht voor 20,- met o.a. rozen. Vrijdag 3 december hingen de rozen al ondanks dat ik expliciet heb gevraagd of deze een week mee gingen en hier de bevestiging van kreeg. Mijn moeder is vandaag terug gegaan en er ontstond een discussie want zij had de bos mee moeten nemen. Hoe dan? Dit is niet netjes. Geloven jullie de foto's niet? Ik heb tevens een afschrift van betaling. Uiteindelijk hebben jullie mijn moeder weggestuurd met 5 rozen. Echt belachelijk!!!! Dit kun je niet maken. Ik ben echt ontevreden en kom hier dan ook niet meer terug. Ik hoorde achteraf al van anderen dat dit de slechtste bloemenwinkel is van Alphen. Nu snap ik waarom
On Tuesday, November 30, bought a large bunch for 20,- with roses, among other things. The roses were already hanging on Friday December 3, although I explicitly asked if they would last for a week and received confirmation of this. My mother went back today and there was a discussion because she should have taken the bunch with her. How? This is not neat. Don't believe the photos? I also have a statement of payment. In the end you sent my mother away with 5 roses. Really ridiculous!!!! You can't make this. I am really dissatisfied and will not come back here. Afterwards I heard from others that this is the worst flower shop in Alphen. Now I understand why
