β β β β β Fine service if you do βsomeβ trades. But if you are a daytrader look elsewhere! They are too slow, it happens too often that the service is not available or just really slow. It has also happend a couple of times when I try to add or extract some funds and it takes a day instead of directly....

β β β β β - Worthless and unavailable customer service.
- They will communicate different dates and close positions when this is not (yet) necessary.
- they claim to be cheap but the actual fees are way higher when trading.
- they are a real broker, you will not gain money but go broke because of them.
- out of the blue they will decide that certain stocks cannot be traded anymore, for no reason. Despite the fact that you bought those stocks earlier.
- communication (only by mail) is misleading and unfair.
- think twice before becoming a customer.

β β β β β It's just really really bad! Their only advantage is the availability of assets compared to other brokers, eveything else is just terrible. Some of the worst parts below:
1) They don't let you determine take profits in any level you want, they force you to be able to "win" only 10%
2) US Prices are super delayed and you miss multiple opportunities
3) The user experience is terrible, compared to something like Etoro, Degiro is still in 1999
4) Website is not available in English

β β β β β I am a bit confused to see just 3 stars.. I'm using this platform for trading/investing long term and i think is one of the best i out there. There are some little things to be improved? Sure! But overall keep the good work - i really like it!

β β β β β Been using the platform for quite a while now, I was surprised that the platform only had ~2 stars. I haven't been experiencing any problems. The platform has allowed me to increase my savings beyond my wildest dreams. Costumers support is decent, although I would advise DEGIRO to enable web based verification for user without a smartphone.

β β β β β I have been using this service for more than two years now. I will reciprocate with the negative reviews here. While trading experience is good, operating practices of the company are really bad.
I am planning to move to the USA in 4-5 months in the future. I opened customer support case asking them the procedure to move the account. Within a couple of days after reaching to the customer support, the company slapped me a notice - they decided that I am USA person and they will terminate my account. In reality, I am still in Europe and I will move only after few months. The company decided to close the account nevertheless. I followed up with their e-mail customer support and they have been very rude and unhelpful. They are saying that account closure cannot be stopped and it's all my mistake.
Be very careful before building long term portfolio with them. You don't know when they will terminate your account and you will lose all your money.

β β β β β I have sent by mistake money from different /not paired/ account. It is day 37 and I still do not have my own money back. Thanks for nothing, so whats the next step? Keeping telling me that "next week" and still nothing happens are really annoying lies. Too bad you do not take customer services seriously. Sending a money is 2 minute operation (even manually). It does not take 37 days (and counting)... On Day 38 my bank sent official note to the Bank of Degiro company and on Day 39 money was returned. My bank advised me that even if nothing happens I should have been going to the police. I am definitely not changing my review when you returned the money on Day 39!!!!. This is lousy Customer Service - hire more people if simple process takes 39 days.
