Such a shame there offers have just run out or it won't come at all now with two packs of coffee you get mugs again a shame and it's only Wednesday then don't advertise with it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klantvriendelijkheid is ver te zoeken. Chagrijnige dame achter de kassa die het leuk vindt om mensen en kinderen af te snauwen. Vorige keer was mijn zoontje het mikpunt. Gelaten voor wat het was. Net wil ik even voor een vergeten boodschapje de winkel in en vanuitgaande dat er nog mandjes waren stapte ik zonder kar naar binnen. Nou dit heb ik geweten. Ik werd me toch onvriendelijk bejegend. We zijn weer fijn naar de jumbo gegaan, waar gewoon mandjes staan. Cursusje klantvriendelijkheid zou haar goed doen.
Customer-friendliness is hard to find. Grumpy lady behind the till who likes to snap at people and children. Last time my son was the target. Left for what it was. I just want to go into the store for a forgotten errand and assuming there were still baskets I stepped inside without a cart. Well I knew this. I was treated unkindly. We went to the jumbo again, where there are just baskets. A course in customer service would do her good.
