Het is me nu al meerdere keren gebeurd dat het personeel niet echt vriendelijk is. En dan bedoel ik bij de kassa en de info balie. Sta daar lang te wachten. Wordt iemand opgeroepen die niet komt, sta je nog langer te wachten. En als er iemand komt is die ook geërgerd. Wilde een grote non-food bestelling doen maar er komt gewoon niemand bij de info balie om te helpen. Meiden achter de kassa hebben als oplossing; komt u morgen maar terug ??

The answer is of no use to me at all. Too bad.
It has happened to me several times now that the staff is not really friendly. And I mean at the cash register and the information desk. Wait there for a long time. If someone is called who does not come, you have to wait even longer. And when someone comes, they are also annoyed. Wanted to place a large non-food order but just no one comes to the info desk to help. Girls behind the cash register have as a solution; come back tomorrow
