★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I walked into Del Gelato smiling. The young man working there gave no greeting and stood there with a smirk. We asked to sample the lemon gelato which he replies "I'M NOT HERE FOR TASTES I'M HERE TO MAKE MONEY." This is the worse customer service that I have ever received. We walked out with a foul taste in our mouths.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really friendly shop owner! Had very interesting small talks. And even gave me 4 churros in stead of 3 with the same price (2.5 euro), also a lot of chocolate sauce and Powder sugar :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very reasonable for the price, but yes the guy is a bit slow in service and not very friendly. Go there late at night and see what he has to put up with... Just saying. I really enjoyed my 2 euro ice cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Politely asked the man for a sample of watermelon because it looked like a flavour that could be either great or not (especially based on reviews on here about the flavours not tasting great). The man serving who was obviously the owner, rudely told me that they don’t do samples. No worries, I then just was about to just order without tasting however he turned his back on me and my boyfriend while we were just standing at the counter ready to order. We just walked out after that and I called out ‘bye thanks for the service’ which he turned around with a smirk on his face, laughed and said ‘bye-bye’. Really mate lose the attitude, your product obviously isn’t amazing given your pathetic reviews, how do you expect to keep customers with so much competition around. Have never experienced such shocking service in my life. I really pity you as you are obviously miserable but try to not take it out on your customers if you want any business :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting and terrible. I heard he doesn't wash his hands after using the bathroom before preparing food. How nasty! There were flies and maggots all over the ice cream as well. Customer service was horrible, it's like he never learned manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have experienced ever. I have asked if lemon ice cream vegan or has milk in it. The owner responded as the milk in the ice cream is coming from her mom! Super rude! Sorry for her mom that she has a son like him! He was very rude with my kids too! The shop deserves zero rating! Don't go there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can give this place a "ZERO Rating " if possible. worst customer service ever and I rarely give reviews about anything. But looks like it was the owner of the place. He was super rude, and asked us to leave because I asked him if he makes eggs as well.
My son wanted pancakes and eggs. It was just a simple question. Do you have eggs? The guy said I'm giving him a headache and didnt want to serve us anymore because it was a busy day supposedly.
Do not go here. He is rude, impolite to clients and kids apparently. He needs to be out of business .
