Very professional and robotic. No staff to greet you ... just use a code to enter and wait... looks like a dark dungeon area until you get into one of the space capsules to have your procedure. I think the woman there was by herself. I got there early but she didn’t come to get me until it was a little past my time ... which I found strange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrbile customer service. They cancelled my appointment once, and then postponed it twice in a row on a different occasion (all booked online). When I called to ask for a solution, customer service was very non-emphatic towards the situation- and quite rude with the whole re-scheduling process.
Really disappointed, you'd expect better given they charge 50 euros for a wax.

This time I visited her outside my own city but her treatments are definitely worth it: quick, painless as possible and fun! She is super easy going, gentle and quick at the same time. Wouldn’t recommend her if it means she’s less available to me ;-) (kidding).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely. Waxing machine. It is 50 euro for waxing. If you become a member its only 25 euro for brazillion. The deliver excellent service (been going here for about 3 years now). And in every location its the same service. All locations are the same. Relaxing and good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time I visited Delete Waxing in Rotterdam Centrum. I love how they send you a QR Code to your email when you book an appointment. You can scan it at the door and it will open for you automatically. No waiting around for someone to open the door and secure. Genius!!!
As you walk in, you can't help but look around at the white decor. It simple, clean and modern.
Then the waxer which are called angels( Love it!!!) comes and greet you and walk you to the room. Explain to you what you have to do before hand.
If you are a Brazilian wax person, you understand how painful it can be :D however, I was so surprised how experienced my angel was and knew a lot about waxing. She was fast and efficient. And I can't believe I am saying this but it wasn't as painful as I thought giving the fact they use a certain type of wax that I am not used to. My angel was a professional and gave me a lot of great waxing tips. It was a delightful experience, though it was waxing one of the most sensitive parts of the human body :D
