Delft Windmill de Roos - 112
De Roos is de enig overgebleven molen van de 18 molens die ooit in Delft hebben gedraaid. Nu is de Roos een bruisend, open en werkend icoon van Delft, waar je Ambacht, Techniek, Geschiedenis & Cultuur beleeft. Elke week maalt de Roos op de kracht van de wind biologisch graan tot meel.
Onze vrijwilligers laten de molen graag aan je zien. Meerdere dagen per week kun je naar boven in de molen. En tijdens evenementen of met een groep op afspraak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a wonderdul old windmill. There is not much to say about it. It is great that it is still working. It is also a nice street where the windmill is. You have there some interesting things to see and also nice coffees and restaurants. I like it and will come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When the blue flag is raised, you can go to this mill freely. The view from the top of the mill was superb! Watch out for the stairs though, they are narrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience for my wife who's never been to a mill. Kept in great condition and plenty of boards explaining the function and history of windmills. Also the outside deck has a great view over Delft. It is free entry but there is a donations box which id highly recommend donating too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful site in Delft, reminding of the old times. If visiting i propose to climb all the way up to observe a nice view of Delft. If you have a guide it is best, because you can hear all the nice stories of the windmill history. Highly recommended!
