Supriati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb vacature als productie medewerker bij Deli Jack gereageerd en gesolliciteerd als productie medwerker bij Delli Jack daarna ik heb uitgenodigd bij Erik van Gent (operation Manager) voor sollicitatiegesprek. Vervolgens hij weer mij gebeld om mee te lopen naar afdeling productie. Ik heb gedachte dat mee lopen betekent rondkijken en kijk gewoon wat gebeurd bij afdeling productie. Ik verwacht niet dat ik moet gelijk werk als productie medewerker. . Ik moet van 08:)) to/m 10 uur gelijk sticker plakken van alle olijven rpuction ,gedroog tomaten daarna ik moet alle producten stapelen zodat klaar om deze te vervoeren naar vrachtwagen. Vervolgens Chris gezegd tegen mij dat ik moet afval schoonmaken en weggooien naar afval container. Ik heb deze gezegd tegen Martijn, Chris (die alleen Engels sprekende) en Sylvia dat ik heb nog geen arbeidscontract ondertekenen en het is niet bedoeling dat vandaag ik moet werk zonder betaald. Martijn is niet blij mee daarna gelijk stuur mij terug naar thuis dus ik heb 2 uur gewekt bij Deli Jack zonder uitbetaald. Ik heb gezegd tegen de medeweker ( meneer ) die zit achter de bureau en altijd bezig met telefoon dat ik wil graag bespreken met Erik van Gent voordat ik ga weg . Na bijna een half uur te wachten maar Erik wil niet komen dan besluit ik weggaan. Ik vind onmenselijk dat vandaag ik moet werk zonder uitbetaald en ik moet opvang regelen en ik moet ook gastouder betalen omdat vandaag ik moet langskomen naar Deli Jack. Als ik wist van te voeren hoe slecht Deli Jack om mensen/sollicitant te behandelen dan ik zou nooit komen of sollicitatie te sturen naar Deli Jack Let op sollicitant : U moet goed over nadenken voordat u wilt sollicitatie sturten als productie medewerker : Deli Jack is slechte bedrijf ooit die sollicitant gebruikt als gratis arbeider te werken, zonder uitbetaald. I responded as a production employee at Deli Jack and applied as a production employee at Delli Jack, then I invited Erik van Gent (operation Manager) for a job interview. Then he called me again to walk to the production department. I thought that walking along means looking around and just see what happens at the production department. I don't expect to have to work as a production employee. . From 08 :)) until 10 o'clock I have to apply the sticker of all olives rpuction, then dry tomatoes, after that I have to stack all products so that they are ready for transport to truck. Then Chris said to me that I should clean waste and throw it away to waste container. I have said this to Martijn, Chris (who only speak English) and Sylvia that I do not have an employment contract yet and it is not intended that today I have to work without getting paid. Martijn is not happy with that afterwards send me back home so I woke up for 2 hours at Deli Jack without paying. I have said to the employee (mister) who is sitting at the desk and is always on the phone that I would like to discuss this with Erik van Gent before I leave. After waiting almost half an hour but Erik does not want to come, I decide to leave. I feel inhumane that today I have to work without getting paid and I have to arrange childcare and I also have to pay childminder because today I have to come over to Deli Jack. If I knew of how bad Deli Jack to treat people / applicant then I would never come or send application to Deli Jack Attention applicant: You have to think carefully before sending an application as a production employee: Deli Jack is a bad company that ever uses the applicant to work as a free worker, without getting paid.
