Ik heb 10 dagen geleden pastirma besteld en gelijk betaald via ideal. Mail ontvangen ter bevestiging. Bestelling nog steeds niet binnen, meerdere keren gebeld telefoon wordt niet opgenomen, er wordt niet gereageerd op mijn mail, kansloos dit!!!
I ordered pastirma 10 days ago and immediately paid via ideal. Email received for confirmation. Order still not received, called several times, phone is not answered, there is no response to my mail, this has no chance!!!

Ik heb betaald met m'n creditcard en hierdoor kan ik m'n geld indienen na 30 dagen als ik m'n bestelling niet heb ontvangen. Heb m'n bestelling 3-4 dagen voordat ik m'n geld terug kon indienen verzonden gekregen, dus heb 3 weken moeten wachten. Pastirma was te zoutig voor mijn smaak.
I paid with my credit card and this allows me to submit my money after 30 days if I have not received my order. Received my order 3-4 days before I could refund my money, so I had to wait 3 weeks. Pastirma was too salty for my taste.

Ik heb twee producten besteld. En gelijk met i Deal betaald. Op het website staat het volgende: Voor 15:00 uur besteld, morgen in huis. Binnen 24 uur bezorgd op alle locaties binnen Nederland en België. Dit is absoluut NIET! waar. Ik probeer het telefoon nummer te bellen, hij gaat wel af,maar word na paar seconden beëindigd. Ik probeer met e-mail contact op te nemen, er worden geen terugkoppeling gedaan. Dit maakt me boos. Ik vind het een slechte serivce,moet verbeterd worden!
I have ordered two products. And paid directly with i Deal. The website states the following: Ordered before 15:00, delivered tomorrow. Delivered within 24 hours to all locations within the Netherlands and Belgium. This is absolutely NOT! true. I try to call the phone number, it does ring, but it ends after a few seconds. I'm trying to contact by email, no feedback is provided. This makes me angry. I think it's a bad serivce, needs to be improved!

1 kilo Rip eye pastırmasi sipariş etmiş olmamıza rağmen yarım kilo ormal pastırma yarım kilo da Rip eye gönderildi. Mail yolu ile bildirdigimiz halde 29 ekimden beri mailimize dahi cevap gondermediler. en azından bir özür maili gonderilebirdi.
Although we ordered 1 kilo of Rip eye bacon, half kilo of normal bacon was also sent to Rip eye. Even though we reported it via e-mail, they did not even send an answer to our e-mail since 29 October. At least an apology email could have been sent.
