★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg slechte kwaliteit juridische dienstverlening. De betreffende persoon kende de termijnen niet, ter zitting kwam hij niet uit zijn woorden, hij reageert standaard na meer dan een week of helemaal niet en hij maakte processtukken vlak voor het verstrijken van de termijn (1 tot 2 dagen) half af en verwachtte dan dat ik direct tijd had om naar de stukken te kijken. Er is vergeten een advocaatwissel aan de rechtbank door te geven waardoor mijn privégegevens naar een ander advocatenkantoor zijn gestuurd. Hij stelde zich uitermate passief op en ik moest steeds vragen wat de rechtbank had beslist en wat de volgende stappen zouden zijn. Er kwam geen enkel initiatief. Hij vond zelf dat hij goed bezig was. Meerdere gesprekken leverde geen verbetering op in de werkzaamheden.
Geen kantoor waar je goede juridische dienstverlening kunt verwachten.
 Very poor quality legal services. The person concerned did not know the deadlines, he did not get out of his words at the hearing, he normally responds after more than a week or not at all and he half-completed procedural documents just before the deadline (1 to 2 days) and then expected that I immediately had time to look at the pieces. I forgot to report a lawyer to the court, so my private information was sent to another law firm. He was extremely passive and I always had to ask what the court had decided and what the next steps would be. No initiative was taken. He thought he was doing well. Multiple conversations did not improve the work.
Not an office where you can expect good legal services.

This office has helped me for 7 years to get recognition for an occupational disease. My employer was the municipality of Rotterdam and they pulled out all the stops to get out of their responsibility. A good Lawyer's office with skilled Lawyers has ensured that the recognition is now there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Begin februari 2021 zijn wij in contact gekomen met de Delissen en Martens advocaten. Wij kregen mw. Gloria Heutinck-Gomes toegewezen. Wij kunnen met trots zeggen dat de zaak voor ons ten goede is afgelopen en dit binnen 2 maanden. Dit hebben wij mede te danken aan haar expertise, transparantie, duidelijkheid maar vooral ook haar blik op de realiteit en haar sterke kritische blik op de zaak. Zij heeft ons gewezen op beide kanten van de medaille, zodat wij ook niet voor verassingen kwamen te staan.
Mw. Gloria Heutinck-Gomes heeft ons verhaal sterk inhoudelijk verwoordt naar de tegenpartij die uiteindelijk geen kant meer opkon. Vooral in deze moeilijke tijd voor o.a. ondernemers hield zij rekening met ons budget. Mw. Gloria Heutinck-Gomes heeft haar hart op de juiste plaats en een sterk empathisch vermogen.
Kortom wij hopen natuurlijk niet meer in een zakelijke juridische strijd verwikkeld te raken. Indien dit wel zou gebeuren nemen wij uiteraard weer contact op met mw. Gloria Heutinck-Gomes.

At the beginning of February 2021 we came into contact with the Delissen and Martens lawyers. We got mrs. Gloria Heutinck-Gomes. We can proudly say that the case has ended for the better for us and this within 2 months. We owe this in part to her expertise, transparency, clarity, but above all her view of reality and her strong critical view of the matter. She pointed out both sides of the coin to us, so that we did not have any surprises either.
Ms. Gloria Heutinck-Gomes has expressed our story strongly in terms of content to the opposing party, who eventually had no direction. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Droevig slechte ervaringen met dit kantoor, bij de intake leek mijn situatie een uitgemaakte zaak. Eenmaal binnen gaat er plots een andere wind waaien en blijkt men zich onvoldoende ingelezen te hebben betreft de aangeboden stukken.
Sad bad experiences with this office, at the intake my situation seemed a foregone conclusion. Once inside, a different wind suddenly blows and it turns out that they have not read enough about the pieces offered.

Dhr Maas en zijn team zijn zeer professioneel. Ondanks covid-19 hebben zij ons op afstand zorgvuldig bijgestaan. Ze zijn snel te bereiken, afspraken worden nagekomen, vragen worden zowel telefonisch als per e-mail snel beantwoord. Daarnaast is dhr Maas een open persoon, hij deelt uitgebreid de kansen en geeft advies.

Mr Maas and his team are very professional. Despite covid-19, they have carefully assisted us from a distance. They can be reached quickly, agreements are kept, questions are answered quickly by telephone and e-mail.
