β β β β β I recently got involved in a car accident which broke my laptop. As I was very pleased with it and for insurance reasons I wanted to have the same one again.
I had to spend 30 minutes digging around on their site to find that the laptop I was searching for wasn't being sold anymore in Europe (but they will deliver it to US soldiers stations in Europe).
Then I had to spend a further 40 min trying to call Dell with them basically saying: "eh, too bad. go #$!@ yourself." the reason it took that long is because certain parts of their phone service were no longer in operation but "forgot" to mention that. I was finally able to find someone who was competent and decent enough to help me. But all he could tell me is that the product I needed could be brought to Europe, but would result in major insurance problems.
So, after more than an hour of being send around in circles and being shrugged of I have to buy a more expensive or inferior laptop in return. seriously Dell, fix this bullsh@t.

β β β β β got a XPS 13 at the considereble expense of 1900euro, but it never worked properly. The pointer behaved erratically, hence they changed the trackpad twice, they changed the screen once --still the problem is there. Then, the screen cracked and the guarantee is void also on preexisting issues. Changing the screen costs 980 euro and I am definitely not confident that this laptop will ever work. Another unhappy customer...

β β β β β After reading so many reviews I was afraid I was going to have to put up with some awful service but I couldn't be more wrong! I called the service number, gave them my information and described them the accidental damage on my laptop. They then quickly booked a technician to come and fix my computer within 2 working days. I'm really satisfied with this service and I hope everyone can receive this type of service in the future.

β β β β β Yesterday was the second time that i have had contact with the support department of Dell Amsterdam. Personally I do not really understand the negative reviews through google on Dell Amsterdam, because i did not experience anything negative about this company nor support department both times.
Directly after having contact, a service engineer was able to come (1 day after contacting) to replace the defective components from my notebook. He was done really fast, and cannot say anything else than that he did an excellent job!

β β β β β Pathetic, Pathetic, Pathetic example of Customer Support model. I've been trying to get a battery replacement for weeks! Spoke to just about everyone at Dell globally short of Michael Dell himself! Eventually got a Customer Support rep on the phone, who happily accepted payment for an onsite tech service. Still haven't heard from anyone since was payment made over a week ago. Awful company, terrible service model, a shame... no wonder why Apple is leading in the category with a great NPS score (customer loyalty metric). its a shame I'm unable to give a zero star rating

β β β β β I had issues with my Killer wifi so called their technical support. The next day a Dell technician was at my house to replace the wireless card. Isn't that awesome! Thanks Dell.

β β β β β I was terrified to see such poor reviews about this company. Fortunately, I had a very nice experience. Ordered dell xps 13 and it got delivered before time without any issues. I hope the post purchase experience would be good as well.
