About Delta Development Group
Delta is in 1988 gestart als ontwikkelingsmaatschappij. In 2000 ontdekten we de Cradle to Cradle-filosofie: alles is een grondstof voor iets anders, alles kan zo worden ontworpen dat het gedemonteerd kan worden om veilig terug te kunnen geven aan de natuur of om nieuwe materialen van te maken.
Tegenwoordig werken we in Duitsland en Nederland aan modulaire, demontabele gebouwen en innovatieve leaseconstructies waardoor afval wordt verminderd. We werken creatief samen met klanten, architecten, investeerders, gemeenten en medewerkers om positieve principes te verankeren in de wereld die we allemaal samen bouwen.

Die Besichtigung bestand aus Erklärungen zur Entstehung und Arbeitssweise von Delta Development, der Beschreibung einiger Projekte im Parc 2020 und einer Besichtigung. Man bekommt eine Übersicht über die aktuellen Möglichkeiten zur Umsetzung der Prinzipien der Kreislaufwirtschaft in der Baubranche und der Gebäudetechnik. Unsere Zeit war leider auf gut zwei Stunden beschränkt in denen das Thema nur ansatzweise behandelt werden konnte. Der Parc 2020 ist jedenfalls eine Reise wert, auch wenn die Präsentation einen manchmal etwas an eine Verkaufsshow erinnerte.
Innovative and inspiring. We visited Parc 2020 as part of a pilot project to implement the principles of the circular economy in Wiltz. The tour consisted of explanations of how Delta Development came about and how it worked, a description of some projects in Parc 2020 and a tour. You get an overview of the current options for implementing the principles of circular economy in the construction industry and building technology. Our time was unfortunately limited to a good two hours in which the topic could only be dealt with in part. The Parc 2020 is definitely worth a trip, even if the presentation sometimes reminded you of a sales show.
