Ons sfeervolle hotel Den Engel ligt in de dorpskern van Baarle. U kunt slenteren langs de winkels, die ook op zondag open zijn, en even uitrusten op één van de vele terrasjes die Baarle rijk is. In de omgeving vindt u diverse wandelpaden en afwisselende fietsroutes. De Falkplan-knooppunten-app wijst u uitstekend de weg, maar wij hebben ook diverse beschrijvingen voor u klaar liggen bij de receptie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aah if you want a to see a beautiful border agreement between two beautiful country and beautiful people then please visit this place and have a cup of coffee and beer in the border or Germany and Netherlands. You will get one chair and table in this cafe which is located on the border of these two countries. Must go if you have been in Netherlands or in Belgium

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food. Besides the hole in the napkin and comunication problem with the waiter (he seemed tired of listen our broken Dutch), food was very good. Price seem high but not at all for the amount food we have got. Everything was tasty and we got extra fries on a side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just felt the heartbeat of Baarle- Nassau or was just an Angel? -The food is fresh, good and plenty... Waiters very helpful. Dogs are allowed in the hotel and restaurant. Rooms nice and clean. A lovely place to spend your time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were just there a couple of hours ago at the brasserie looked nice clean good location sat down for lunch every one with a smile happy which is a good sign, the waitress laid out 2 placemats we ordered, it came out wrong, no problem again smiling they took it away and in a matter of minutes it was on the table, not bad,
All forgotten, we ate had our coffee, they came asked if we enjoyed they took the plates away, then they came back I won't say male or female and asked if we would like anything else, we replied no thank you, and continued talking etc then a couple of minutes later they came back and swiped the placemats from underneath our arms, it was unbelievable, teach your staff respect and manners, that's why the 2 stars ? .and to say they needed the tables rush hour was over ,if you have cams in the brasserie you might notice their behavior, and I hope your staff have not been taught this way?
We asked for the bill thinking that they wanted us to leave.
