★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoewel ze bij Denkfysio altijd internationale sprekers hebben met zeer aansprekende onderwerpen heb ik bij twee verschillende cursus slechte ervaringen met deze organisatie. De eerste cursus werden ik en 2 andere collega's vergeten in de inschrijving (na een verplaatsing in tijd en locatie van de cursus). Gevolg; overvolle cursus en geen voorbereidingsmateriaal ontvangen. De tweede keer werd de cursus verplaatst en daarna op de nieuwe datum één dag voor de cursus afgeblazen. Ik was helaas al ingecheckt in een hotel en had mijn agenda er volledig op afgestemd.
Na enig heen en weer mailen en een telefoongesprek met Denkfysio de nieuw te plannen datum voor deze cursus maar aan mij voorbij laten gaan. Ik volg nooit meer een cursus bij deze organisatie...
Although at Denkfysio they always have international speakers with very appealing topics, I have had bad experiences with this organization in two different courses. The first course I and 2 other colleagues were forgotten in the registration (after a shift in time and location of the course). Consequence; overcrowded course and no preparation material received. The second time the course was moved and then canceled one day before the new date. Unfortunately, I had already checked in to a hotel and had fully adjusted my agenda.
After some e-mailing back and forth and a telephone conversation with Denkfysio I let the new date for this course pass. I will never again follow a course at this organization ...
