★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ik had een scheve kaakgroei en ben eindelijk doorverwezen naar het ziekenhuis. Eerder tandartsen bezocht maar die konden niks voor mij doen, totdat ik Schiedam bezocht. Ik belde en kon er gelijk naar toe. De orthodontist doet haar werk hier ook supergoed. De manager is ook heel aardig en begripvol
top praktijk !
 I had a crooked jaw growth and was finally referred to the hospital. Visited dentists before but they couldn't do anything for me until I visited Schiedam. I called and was able to go right away. The orthodontist does a great job here too. The manager is also very nice and understanding

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vriendelijke personeel, niet weken lang wachten voor een afspraak, je kunt bij klachten er hetzelfde dag al terecht. Wordt goed geholpen en zonodig doorverwezen naar een specialist.
Friendly staff, no waiting for weeks for an appointment, you can go there the same day in case of complaints. Get help and if necessary referred to a specialist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kom al meer dan 7 jaar bij deze praktijk. Altijd keurig voorgelicht en behandeld. De medewerkers en de artsen zijn heel fijn en kundig.
I have been coming to this practice for over 7 years. Always well informed and treated. The staff and doctors are very nice and knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nog in Nederland wonende ben ik geholpen met 3 kronen op implantaten die in Turkije waren aangebracht -vóórdat Corona alle verdere reisplannen blokkeerde. Omdat we op korte termijn naar Frankrijk gingen verhuizen is door kliniek Schiedam alles op alles gezet om dat nog op tijd voor elkaar te krijgen; Daar waar andere tandartsen - inclusief onze eigen tandarts in Hoogvliet- totaal niet wilden meedenken. Eerste grote pluim voor kliniek Schiedam. Vervelend toen na een paar maanden, waarschijnlijk door knarsen, 2 implantaten wat los kwamen te zitten. Omdat de afstand naar Nederland vanuit Frankrijk zo"n 1000 km is, heb ik eerst geprobeerd hulp in Frankrijk te krijgen. Maar ook daar weinig animo om te helpen, zogenaamd vanwege de garantie. Maar ook nu weer geweldige service van kliniek Schiedam om dit onder garantie te verhelpen. Daar moest ik natuurlijk wel wat voor reizen, maar de benodigde afspraken bij de tandarts én de implantologe én mondtechnieker werden op korte termijn 'tussendoor' geregeld. Tweede grote pluim!
Still living in the Netherlands, I was helped with 3 crowns on implants that were placed in Turkey - before Corona blocked all further travel plans. Because we were going to move to France in the short term, the Schiedam clinic did everything possible to get that done in time; Where other dentists - including our own dentist in Hoogvliet - did not want to contribute at all. First big compliment for the Schiedam clinic. Annoying when after a few months, probably due to grinding, 2 implants became loose. Because the distance to the Netherlands from France is about 1000 km, I first tried to get help in France. But there was also little enthusiasm to help, supposedly because of the warranty. But again great service from Clinic Schiedam to help this under Of course I had to travel a bit for that, but the necessary appointments with the dentist and the implantologist and oral technician were arranged 'in between' in the short term.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with this Dental Clinic, registration was easy, first check was setup the first business day after my registration, got a price indication that I could accept/reject for the proposed work, scheduled that for the next Monday (day of writing this review), very well organized, friendly staff, properly clean and maintained Clinic, after 5 years of not going to the dentist I'm very happily surprised!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I registered for this dentist in the spring and we were not impressed. The place seems chaotic and not clean. They suggested that I and my wife should each get a deep clean of our teeth at the price of 606 Euros each. We thought this was a horrendous price and changed dentist. At our new dentist we had our teeth cleaned for 94 euros. I do not recommend this dentist practice to anyone.

First, the dentist is always late for his appointment! And communication with their customer is very bad! On top of that, they cancelled my appointment 5 minutes in advance.
And the weird thing was, when the doctor couldn’t fulfill my request in the beginning, he said “its not my job”.
But the other day, the same doctor still tried to help, however with even worse result. When I complained, he simply didn’t accept.
Actually, my request with the dentist was not even high demand. Just wanted proper dental veneers. If he can’t fix it, then don’t do!
Before I registered to this clinic, they claimed they can make veneers for aesthetics purpose. And last time they refused my another appointment that they had made 3 weeks before!
The doctor said he’s spending so much time for the new veneers under warranty. I didn’t ask for a warranty either.. I’ll pay!
And the manager was also very rude. She yelled at me in the room, how unprofessional! And the last 3 times I got wrong bills. I had to pay over hundred euros and when I claimed with the clinic, they could just remove the fees from the bill. Like it was nothing.
Just don’t waste your time here. I don't recommend them at all!
