Verschrikkelijke praktijk! Het moment dat je daar aankomt met ontzettende pijn wordt je zeer arrogant te woord gestaan door de tandarts. Vervolgens niet geholpen, worden er dingen in rekening gebracht en als kers op de taart wordt je niet eens fatsoenlijk te woord gestaan! Nog nooit zoiets slechts meegemaakt, blijf vooral weg bij deze kliniek als je o.a .vriendelijk- en eerlijkheid verwacht.

Vriendelijk personeel, ik ben heel tevreden. Behandelingen verlopen ook goed en pijnloos ik geef ze 5 sterren ik ben al aantal jaartjes patient bij dental clinics en ben al die jaartjes ook goed behandeld. Naar de tandarts gaan is niet altijd fijn, maar bij dental clinics doet het geen pijn ?

Unfriendly staff, didn’t want to go back

I wanted to say that I am superhappy, had a root channel treatment, been helped friendly, felt very well taken care of, had a wonderful experience, no fear, no pain. The aftercare was done very professional and I can recommend this clinic from the bottom of my heart. Thank you so much for helping me!

I'm actually surprised by all the negative comments here! From a personal experince dental clinics is one of the best I have been to! Nice and professional employees. My dentist is doctor Anna who's not only nice but really well skilled and I could totally trust her on my teeth since she made me feel that she truly cares about them as much as I do .. and after doing few treatments with her she proved that she's trustworthy ?? If you really want a good doctor I recommend going to her !

one year ago on 4June2019 I had a routine cavity filling appointment with Laura Christ. I was happy to go to the dentist with a new insurance policy after not having dental work for 2 years. Luckily my teeth were fine. She told me in May I needed one routine cavity. When I saw the tiny xray print, I did say I have mature wisdom teeth that cant be seen. The following appt, she read the x ray wrong (flipped vertically) drilling the wrong tooth. This can happen (though it shouldn't) but at least it was an honest mistake. But the way she handled it was wrong. I was in so much pain she stopped the filling mid process. This I did not know at the time. When will the pain stop? I asked at the end. She says repeatedly some people are more sensitive than others and I'll be fine. Well, Im mid thirties with a mouth full of fillings. I've never experienced this feeling before, so I insisted. She says, after a week if you still feel pain you can come back. Like a fool, I listened. Waiting a week was the was the biggest mistake I could have made. I was in so much pain I wouldnt let my boyfriend touch my face to look, he was worried. We decided to go to his dentist. I explained the searing pain in my face and extreme sensitivity. I eat once a day because it is too painful to eat. The dentist saw the filling never finished... never rounded in the shape of a tooth. the filling material was actually solidified spilling over to the neighboring tooth and created a new cavity there. the areas where Laura Christ repeatedly gave the numbing fluid was inflamed, but worse, the misshaped filling hooked food material that festered a severe infection- even though I had to brush and rinse every time after eating to make the pain manageable. They were very concerned. This could be a lawsuit they told me. They told me to go back so that Emmaplein can see what they've done. But that appt took a week to get, being 2 weeks from the incident I wanted the pain to stop. Plus, I didnt trust such a dental practice. So they fixed the tooth Laura worked on, and fixed the tooth next to it. But they were concerned the extreme pain was my wisdom teeth. they set up an emergency appt for their inspection. But I was skeptical, before going to Laura Christ I had no pain afterall. Mind you, the original cavity hadnt yet been addressed! I made an appointment with the senior dentist and at the Dental Clinic Emmaplein. I said nothing of what happened and she looked. Strange, I dont see the work carried out she says. I explained her colleague Laura Christ drilled the wrong tooth. She was horrified of course. she took more xrays reassuring me that they would be free of charge - I laughed, this is my health, money is a non issue. I calmly told her that I was unhappy and spent months in pain bc of the damage caused by the appointment. That the week after the damage done to my healthy tooth, I was on sick leave from work when Laura Christ should have booked me to come back. I was reimbursed my money for the poor work carried out and was asked never to return again. I asked for compensation or to at least get the original cavity fixed free of charge with her the senior dentist and was denied. I considered a lawsuit, but this would incur costs with a lawyer, and for what? I thought it would be over and I could move on. But a year later, I still have problems after my 1st and last meeting with Laura Christ. Other patients probably received excellent care in 2019 because she was petrified after her mistakes with me. But it doesnt change this person's reaction to the problem and this to me is a reflection of character. Did she really not know she didnt finish off the tooth? Was she too proud to admit she had no idea what was going on? Trust a person like that if you want. Trust the institution who continued to keep her on if you want, but now 1year later, I still have problems and will do so for the rest of my life. In response to their response: I paid for torture, yes, thank you very much for the refund… unfortunate to hear that your place of business would imagine all is fine.

It seems about good infrastructure the Potentiality of the frame work is solide,and tends to be contemplated by the passing by the lot .
