★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb angst voor de tandarts en geen vaste tandarts maar zat al dagen met pijn in mijn gebit/kaak/tandvlees en vreesde voor een ontsteking.
Na bellen met dental365 kon ik direct terecht en dat niet gek ver van huis. De tandarts en assistentes waren vriendelijk en gebitsproblemen werden dmv een duidelijk foto aangetoond en besproken.
Vervolgens is er een duidelijke en redelijke begroting uitgebracht waarna mijn keuze mbt wel of niet behandelen is gerespecteerd. Tegen de pijn waar ik voor kwam is vervolgens zeer attent vanuit de tandarts zelf een recept uitgeschreven.
Ik vindt dit een kundige en begrip/respectvolle bejegening en kan iedereen met klachten deze tandartspraktijk aanraden.
 I have a fear of the dentist and not a permanent dentist, but I had pain in my teeth / jaw / gums for days and I feared inflammation.
After calling dental365, I was able to go straight away and not that far from home. The dentist and assistants were friendly and dental problems were shown and discussed by means of a clear photo.
Subsequently, a clear and reasonable budget was issued, after which my choice regarding whether or not to treat was respected. The dentist wrote out a prescription for the pain I encountered.
I think this is a skillful and understanding / respectful treatment and can recommend this dental practice to anyone with complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and unresponsible! I made an emergency appointment in the Utrecht office on Friday and received an appointment for Saturday at 18:10. When I went there, the office was closed. I called the secretaries, and they ask me to go to the Amsterdam office. It is whats they call emergency help. They mention the office will be close also the whole next week. No communication, nobody to inform you, and nobody to help you. Very disappointing.
