In de praktijk worden kinderen met veel aandacht behandeld. “We willen ze leren hoe ze het beste kunnen poetsen. Daar nemen wij uitgebreid de tijd voor. Zo neem je de oorzaak van eventuele problemen namelijk weg.”

Om deze educatie goed te volbrengen werkt de praktijk met het programma Gewoon Gaaf. Hierbij worden kinderen in verschillende categorieën ingedeeld.

R	Riina M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place lacks the knowledge of how to inform customer of treatments. I came here first time 6 weeks ago to fix broken tooth, and after my last appointment today, it is still broken. All I keep hearing "you need more appointments", or "we cant fix that now", "you need more appointments". Every time person is different so I have to explain situation to them seperately. Like I go through multiple first checkups because the person who knows my situation wont stay the same. When they tell me what needs to be done they dont mention how many visits it will require. I went there on monday mentioning I will be on vacation after 1 week for full month, and that the treatmemt should be done before that, or left after I get back. I got appointment on following saturday but during the appointment, I heard it will require 1 visits and there needs to be 1 week between them. An information that I would have liked to know on monday already because of the limited time I had, but still was never told to me, resulting my tooth being left broken for the third time already of the visits where it should have been fixed. I keep paying them for nothing. So if you want to have service where they keep you complitely blind, don't get anything done, don't listen to you and require you to come visit again and again, this is the place. Otherwise you should go someplace else. I know I will. 6 weeks, 5 times, reason I went there still not fixed.
D	Dilara Tagiyeva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a choice, i would not even give one star. I have never seen such unprofessional, unfriendly, forgetful and really irresponsible admin staff. The lady on reception could not explain the color of the door so i could find them, instead of beige or grey(i do not remember exactly now) she said GREEN. i was trying to find the door that does not exist. But that was nothing comparing to what happened later, they charged me for X-ray and for initial inspection that lasted 10 sec, and promised to send x-ray to hospital where they directed me to pull out my molar tooth, but after a week when i came to hospital they did not have x-ray, so i called the lady on reception but she was so arrogant and said "i forgot to send and i have no time now as my computer not working". I had to pay second time for another x-ray as doctor did not know what to do. Will never go back to that place, i can't say anything about the dentist as she did not do anything with my teeth, but when administration part is so horrible and useless, there is no desire to go back to the doctor as well.
s	stephanie meteus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a bad experience there, really bad communication. i went there for a check they didn't give me any information after my check. they first sent me a bill of 25 euros for the check and after I received another bill of 200 euros, I still don't understand why from 25 euros goes to 200 euros. I have tried so many times to get in touch with them but no one could give me a good explanation why my bill went so high. the customer service kept telling me the same they will check and call me back that they never do, always have to call back and still no direct answer. i will not recommend anyone to go there. they are not professional at all !!!!

I had only to call once, I was immidiatly helpt in a perfect and very pprofessional manner. Very clean, efficient and most op all a very friendly Dentist and staaf. I recomend this dentist to all friend and family. Thank you

He and his team have elivated the practice to a top level. The service I have experienced were friendliness, skilled and professionalism and not to forget his patience and calm. It's a pity and somewhat pain in the heart to nolonger be one of his clients since I moved to Zaandam. Many thanks to dentist Fahkry and team for taking good care of my teeth. Anyone needing a good dentist in and around Eindhoven I surely recommend Eindhovense tandatspraktijk.
