★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze praktijk is fenomenaal: moderne faciliteiten, enorm vriendelijke baliemedewerkers, stipte naleving van de afspraaktijden, kundige mondhygiënisten die goede adviezen geven, en niet onbelangrijk: uitstekende tandheelkundige zorg. Ook qua flexibiliteit niets te klagen: bij pijnklachten/spoedgevallen wordt er echt moeite gedaan om je zo snel mogelijk te kunnen helpen.
Tandarts Marcel Spek is vriendelijk, kundig, daadkrachtig en communiceert helder en bondig over zijn werkzaamheden. Daarnaast beperkt hij de “chit-chat” tot het noodzakelijke waardoor de behandeling efficiënt wordt uitgevoerd. De samenwerking met de assistente is indrukwekkend.
Ben blij bij een tandarts te zitten die zijn zaakjes zo goed op orde heeft.
This practice is phenomenal: modern facilities, extremely friendly desk clerks, strict compliance with appointment times, skilled dental hygienists who give good advice, and last but not least: excellent dental care. Also nothing to complain about flexibility: in case of pain complaints / emergencies, a real effort is made to help you as quickly as possible.
Dentist Marcel Spek is friendly, knowledgeable, decisive and communicates clearly and concisely about his work. In addition, he limits the “chit-chat” to what is necessary so that the treatment is carried out efficiently. The collaboration with the assistant is impressive.
I am happy to be with a dentist who has his affairs in order so well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff on multiple occasions, not only rude to me but also witnessed rude behavior to others. One example is letting a man sit in the waiting room for an hour and telling him they did not have time for him anymore so they send him home.
