★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte Probleme mit einer Eberspächer Warmluftheizung. Sehr nette und kompetente Mitarbeiter, die mir anhand ähnlicher Geräte in der Werkstatt die Funktion und mögliche Fehlerquellen gezeigt haben. Ein Diagnosegerät wurde mir zur Fehlerfindung kostenlos überlassen, damit ich die Heizung nicht aus meinem Boot ausbauen musste. Am Ende Fehler gefunden (Glühkerze durchgebrannt), Ersatzteil zu fairen Preis gekauft und Heizung selbst repariert.
Kann die Werkstatt daher sehr empfehlen! Nebenbei, es wird sehr gut Englisch und auch Deutsch gesprochen.
Had problems with an Eberspächer hot air heater. Very nice and competent employees who showed me the function and possible sources of error using similar devices in the workshop. A diagnostic device was given to me free of charge for troubleshooting so that I did not have to remove the heating from my boat. In the end, a fault was found (glow plug burned out), a spare part was bought at a fair price, and the heating system was repaired.
Can therefore highly recommend the workshop! By the way, English and German are spoken very well.
