★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We zijn in de winkel zelf fantastisch geholpen daarna de montage is super goed gegaan alles in orde enorm vriendelijk meedenkende mensen super blij met de badkamer en super tevreden over alle medewerkers waar we mee te maken hebben gehad echt alle lof en complimenten voor jullie!
 We received fantastic help in the store itself, after that the assembly went very well, everything was fine, very friendly people who thought along with you, super happy with the bathroom and super satisfied with all the employees we had to deal with, really all praise and compliments to you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij kochten onze badkamer en toilet bij De Studio in Katwijk en zijn zeer tevreden over het hele proces. Willian dacht goed mee met onze wensen, nam de tijd en was goed voorbereid voor het tweede gesprek, waarbij hij vooraf al naar (goedkopere) alternatieven had gezocht om ook aan onze budgetaire wensen te kunnen voldoen. Ook de installatie verliep voorspoedig, waarbij de aannemer (Moustafa) goed meedacht, goed communiceerde als hij andere oplossingen had dan vooraf bedacht en hard werkte om de klus tijdig af te krijgen (zonder in te boeten aan kwaliteit). Het resultaat is prachtig!
We bought our bathroom and toilet at De Studio in Katwijk and are very satisfied with the entire process. Willian thought along with our wishes, took the time and was well prepared for the second meeting, in which he had already looked for (cheaper) alternatives in advance to also meet our budgetary wishes. The installation also went smoothly, with the contractor (Moustafa) thinking well, communicating well if he had solutions other than those devised beforehand and working hard to get the job done on time (without compromising on quality). The result is beautiful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verdient niet eens een ster ! werken met oostblokkers die geen woord Nederlands spreken. Maar wel belachelijk montage bedragen vragen.
Mensen ga gewoon naar bouwton, Nederlandse mensen die het komen maken.
Doesn't even deserve a star! working with Eastern blockers who do not speak a word of Dutch. But ask ridiculous mounting amounts.
People just go to bouwton, Dutch people who come to make it.

Er werd goed meegedacht over de indeling en het materiaal, waarbij rekening gehouden werd met beschikbaar budget. De communicatie was helder. De monteurs werkten erg netjes en snel en volgens afspraak. In twee weken tijd stond er een prachtige badkamer waarvan we volop genieten.
We are very satisfied with De Studio Bathrooms Katwijk and can recommend this company to everyone. Good thought was given to the layout and the material, taking into account the available budget. Communication was clear. The technicians worked very neatly and quickly and as agreed. In two weeks there was a beautiful bathroom that we fully enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een teleurstellende ervaring. Dit bedrijf deed er ruim een maand over om een douchewand en deur te plaatsen. Ze zijn 5 keer voor installatie langsgeweest. Er werden veel meet-, en installatiefouten gemaakt. Het uiteindelijke resultaat is bijzonder matig.
De communicatie met deze leverancier heb ik als erg onprettig ervaren. Ze belden nooit terug en kwamen afspraken niet na. Verder had ik de indruk dat ze mijn klachten als ‘lastig’ ervaarden.
A disappointing experience. It took this company more than a month to install a shower enclosure and door. They visited 5 times for installation. Many measurement and installation errors were made. The final result is very mediocre.
I have experienced the communication with this supplier as very unpleasant. They never called back and didn't keep appointments. I also had the impression that they experienced my complaints as 'difficult'.

Showroom zag er wel redelijk uit.
Gemiste kans!
Was in your showroom last week, nobody was present. I understood from someone that you had already gone home. I was there around 4:30 PM.
Showroom looked decent.
Missed opportunity!
