Scheur in de buitenmuur die er stabiel 11 jaar in zit werd door veel concullega`s als een dure reparatie verkocht.
Teun was de eerste die erkende dat het allemaal wel meeviel en na inspectie en reparatie het niet de moeite waard vond om een factuur te sturen.
