T	T. de Koning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb in 2015 en 2016 samengewerkt met Dexport. Samenwerking werd na eerste 6 maanden stilzwijgend verlengd. Een mondelinge afspraak dat je het eerst 6 maanden wil proberen wist men ineens niet meer. Bijzonder was daarbij ook dat ik een reminder voor de factuur voor de nieuwe periode kreeg nadat opzeggingstermijn was verstreken. De orginele eerste factuur heb ik nooit ontvangen op de normale factuurdatum. Uiteraard staat wel in de voorwaarden van het contract dat er zonder opzegging verlengd wordt, maar ben hier nog steeds niet blij mee. Ik zou het normaal vinden dat een bedrijf opnieuw offerte maakt die je vervolgens accepteert of niet. Ik kan niet beoordelen hoe Dexport anno 2020 opereert, maar in mijn netwerk zal ik Dexport niet aan niemand aanbevelen. I worked with Dexport in 2015 and 2016. Cooperation was tacitly extended after the first 6 months. People suddenly no longer knew an oral appointment that you want to try it for 6 months first. It was also special that I received a reminder for the invoice for the new period after the cancellation period had expired. I never received the original first invoice on the normal invoice date. Of course, the conditions of the contract state that it will be extended without cancellation, but I am still not happy with this. I would find it normal for a company to make a new offer that you then accept or not. I cannot judge how Dexport operates in the year 2020, but I will not recommend Dexport to anyone in my network.
