Wir haben nach Aufstellung des Automaten noch ein paar kleine Probleme beseitigen müssen und wurde hier in keinster Weise hängen gelassen. Wir wurden via E-Mail, Telefon bestens begleitet. Zur späteren Konfiguration wurde sogar ein Anleitungsvideo zur Verfügung gestellt. Einach Spitze. This is service !! I was in contact with sales and service. After buying a machine, everything went great from A to Z. After setting up the machine, we still had to fix a few small problems and were not left hanging here in any way. We were given excellent support via email and phone. An instruction video was even made available for later configuration. Simply great.

Preis/Leistung, der Support der total schnell und unkompliziert sogar über WhatsApp hilft oder auch schnell zurück ruft, Videos aufnimmt und schickt um die Lösung des Problems das man hat zu zeigen, einfach alles wirklich toll und zu 100% zufrieden! Kann ich mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen und wenn wir noch einen benötigen, werde ich ganz sicher wieder hier einen Verkaufsautomaten kaufen! Just TOP! Preis /Leistungsverhältnis war besser als vermutet dennoch war entscheidend für den Kauf bei DGA der versprochene Support . Der Support ist mehr wie gut -die Erreichbarkeit ist fast immer gegeben oder es wird zurückgerufen. Die Videos zur Problemlösung per WhatsApp sind einfach und unkompliziert. Die Bedienungsanleitung ist einfach und von DGA auf zwei DIN A4 Seiten reduziert. Die Ersparnis bei No Name Firmen im Internet holt einen wahrscheinlich bei dem nötigen Support bzw. Rückfragen bei der Einstellung ein. Abschließend kann man die Firma DGA Vending sehr gut weiterempfehlen und wir würden den nächsten Automat auch wieder dort erwerben .
