De chauffeur wilde naar de huis en heeft dan maar genoteerd dat het adres niet goed is. gebeld maar willen echt niet meewerken ga morgen even langs het depot in Leiden BAD! Maar hij is nog niet geweest en dan kijk je in je mailbox en dan zie je dat dhl mn pakketje hebben terug gestuurd met het excuus adres onbekend. Het lijkt mij als ik vaker bestel en gewoon alles binnen krijgt , zou toch bijzonder dat het adres ineens onbekend is. Stelletje pannenkoeken zijn het. Chauffeur wou gewoon naar huis. We are waiting for a package yesterday evening that you will receive an e-mail with the delivery person on the way. It seems to me that if I order more often and just receive everything, it would be special that the address is suddenly unknown. They are a bunch of pancakes. Driver just wanted to go home.
R	Robert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Czekasz na paczkę w domu, bo mają być pomiędzy 13:00 a 14:00 i nic. Okazuje się że paczka według ich systemu dostarczona o godzinie 13:50.!!! Co za oszustwo.!Nikogo nie było. You are waiting for the package at home, because they are supposed to be between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. and nothing. It turns out that the package, according to their system, was delivered at 1:50 pm !!! What a scam! Nobody was there.

Hele dag thuis en de bel doet het perfect. Pakket is al een week onderweg?! Hoe kan dat in 2020. Ook in de brievenbus geen brief aangetroffen. Bij de camera ook de gehele dag geen bezorger gespot. Wat een leugenaars. Wait all day for package. Don't even get a message or anything. I now see "we missed you" at the track and trace. All day at home and the bell works perfectly. Package has been underway for a week ?! How is that possible in 2020? No letter was found in the letterbox either. No delivery person spotted all day with the camera. What liars.
B	Bart van den Bos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er is geen enkel ander bedrijf in de wereld wat zo'n slechte dienstverlening heeft als DHL. Structureel sprake van onjuistheden verkondigen in relatie tot redenen waarom iets niet bezorgd kan worden, gooit pakketten gewoon voor je buitendeur of de toegangsdeur van een groot appartementencomplex. Heb bij zoveel bestellingen de laatste 3 jaar klachten moeten indienen om problemen met DHL te herstellen. Bezorgers van DHL zijn meer dan gemiddeld asociaal in hun gedrag en zijn alleen maar aan het racen om zoveel mogelijk pakketjes "neer te flikkeren". Enige bestaansrecht van DHL is dat ze de goedkoopste zijn voor grote webshops waardoor ze ingehuurd worden en contracten krijgen. Mocht je ooit een partner zoeken voor je logistieke proces en wel geassocieerd worden met goede basis service kies dan niet voor DHL maar PostNL of UPS. No other company in the world has such poor services as DHL. Structurally speaking of inaccuracies in relation to reasons why something cannot be delivered, just throw packages in front of your outside door or the entrance door of a large apartment complex. Have had to file complaints with so many orders over the last 3 years to fix problems with DHL. DHL deliverers are more than average antisocial in their behavior and are only racing to "flick down" as many packages as possible. DHL's only right to exist is that they are the cheapest for large webshops, so they are hired and receive contracts. If you are ever looking for a partner for your logistics process and are associated with good basic service, do not choose DHL but PostNL or UPS.
