M	Maarten Bladder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn pakket om 08.27 uur vertrokken voor uitlevering. Om 08.28 uur gescand alsof ik geen handtekening wilde zetten. In 1 minuut van Zwolle naar Raalte. Erg knap van de chauffeur. DHL kan ondanks dat pakket gelinkt is aan chauffeur en er GPS in de auto's zit, niets meer doen om pakket alsnog bezorgt te krijgen! My package left for delivery at 8:27 am. Scanned at 8:28 am as if I didn't want to sign. In 1 minute from Zwolle to Raalte. Very nice of the driver. Despite the fact that the package is linked to the driver and there is GPS in the cars, DHL can no longer do anything to get the package delivered!
k	k0Lm. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Systematisch gaat het hier fout. Wanneer je pakket in de avond (voor half 10) moet komen kan je ruim na die tijd een bericht ontvangen met "vertraagd". En aan de verzender geven ze door dat je niet thuis was... Is nu al de 4e keer dat dit gebeurd. Nu komen ze wanneer ik aan het werk ben, ik ga het niet naar een dhl punt laten bezorgen, ze komen maar voor niets/sturen het maar terug. PostNL/GLS zijn zoveel beter. This is systematically wrong. If your package has to arrive in the evening (before half past nine), you can receive a message with "delayed" well after that time. And they inform the sender that you were not at home... This is already the 4th time this has happened. Now they come when I'm at work, I'm not going to have it delivered to a dhl point, they just come for nothing / send it back. PostNL/GLS are so much better.
J	Jan Nijman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zit al 2 weken, vanaf 15 december, op een bestelling te wachten waar ook spullen voor mijn klanten in zit. Blijkt er iemand voor ons te denken bij DHL !! Die bedenkt dat we dicht zitten i.v.m. de lockdown. Nou niet dus, gewoon leveren die handel en op zijn minst ons even bellen hoe of wat. Nu dus weer een dag later. Jammer............. En 3 januari nog steeds niet binnen. Klantenservice gebeld, maar die kunnen je ook nergens mee helpen. Die dekken zichzelf alleen maar in en kunnen geen harde toezeggingen doen. Zal mijn leverancier wel melden dat ze maar met een andere bezorgdienst moeten gaan werken, want DHL, service like hell. I've been waiting for an order for 2 weeks, from December 15, which also contains stuff for my customers. Apparently someone is thinking for us at DHL !! He considers that we are closed due to the lockdown. Well not so, just deliver that trade and at least give us a call how or what. So now another day later. Too bad............. And January 3, still not in. Called customer service, but they can't help you with anything either. They only cover themselves and cannot make firm commitments. Will my supplier tell them that they should work with another delivery service, because DHL, service like hell.

I'm waiting for my parcel 2 weeks!!! 1st time he/she didn't even come over my house and return it to the sender!!! DHL really, buy better GPS for your drivers or make recruitment better... All other companies are delivering without any problems...
