Bad service. Expected a delivery and stayed home two times to receive it personally during the promised time. Twice the delivery person did not make the effort and bring my parcel to my house, but instead claimed i wasn't home. Ultimately it got send to a far away depot. Not worth it

DHL delivers a truly lousy service. Loosing packages with little or no excuse and even less recourse. Even the postal service does better or just use Fedex instead.

DHL missed delivery even I stayed my home whole day for the parcel. Actually not missed delivery, DHL was just being lazy. So disappointed.

Obviously the DHL socalled management better take 101 class at the competition. And earn an MBA instead of playing with smartphones and laptops. DHL problem is the human capital, not the logistics. For as long as the board of socalled directors ignores the countless evaluations from the customers, DHL will only decay into ruins of failure.

I'll give zero star if I can. DHL Netherlands lost an important package that I sent to Portugal on 3 Dec 2021. It was scanned several times in the Netherlands but never made it to Portugal. It contained an important and expensive item, but because I didn't insure it (because I trusted DHL), then I could not get any reimbursement at all. They even had the audacity to say that I couldn't insure it anyway, because insurance was only for "shipments with a delivery address in the Netherlands, with the exception of mailbox parcels". Mine was not even considered a parcel because it was quite small. Then, what's the point of insurance then? DON'T ever use DHL anymore, at least the NL section! Edit 30 Jan: adding 1 star (thus 2/5) because the item finally arrived in Portugal after two months of undetected presence. Still a very bad business practice for DHL NL, hence I don't want to give more than 2/5 stars.
