★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waarom kiest DHL een afhaalpunt dat op zon- en maandagen dicht is, op de resterende weekdagen om 17:00 sluit en op zaterdag zelfs 16:00????
Na mislukte bezorging (er was iemand thuis, weliswaar op zolder, dus OK, kan gebeuren) op zaterdag ochtend langsgegaan. (Nog) geen pakketje. om 16:30 weer geprobeerd: Gesloten. Dat de stomerij haar eigen openingstijden bepaalt, prima, maar zo weinig flexibiliteit als afhaalpunt voor DHL is echt niet van deze tijd..
Pas op dinsdag mijn pakketje kunnen halen. DHL: kies een afhaalpunt met normale winkeltijden!
 Why does DHL choose a collection point that is closed on Sundays and Mondays, closes at 5:00 PM on the remaining weekdays and even at 4:00 PM on Saturdays ????
After unsuccessful delivery (someone was at home, albeit in the attic, so OK, can happen) stopped by on Saturday morning. No package (yet). tried again at 4:30 pm: Closed. That the dry cleaner determines its own opening hours, great, but such little flexibility as a collection point for DHL is really out of date.
Only on Tuesday to get my package. DHL: choose a collection point with normal shopping hours!
